How to bake the creamy Pavlova

Creamy, delicious Pavlova...


You would need 4 egg whites. 1 cup caster sugar,1 teaspoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon vanila essence, 1 teaspoon vinegar.  Preheat oven at 140 deg C. Beat egg white until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beat until stiff. Using metal spoon, shaped egg white to  a 'bowl' . Add corn flour, vanila & vinegar into 'bowl'. Make a 'shell' on top of the egg white. Place egg white in oven & lower temp to 110 deg C. Bake for 20 mins until 'bowl' turns light brown. Open oven door & leaves Pavlova to cool down in oven. Top with whipped cream & fruits of your choice. Total preparation & baking time:  40 mins . Remember - practise makes perfect. No time to do it? Not sure how to bake it?
